For accounting & bookkeeping practices

Less re-keying. More advisory.

For owner-led Australian practices, roughly five to fifty people, whose week disappears into onboarding, document chasing and reporting assembled by hand.

The shape of the problem

01

Client onboarding drag

The same entity details typed into the practice system, the ATO portal and the engagement letter — for every new client.

02

The document chase at BAS and EOFY

Reminder emails written by hand, one client at a time, all season long.

03

The inbox as a job queue

Work arrives by email and waits for whoever opens the mailbox to sort it.

04

Reporting assembled by hand

The same weekly numbers copied out of three tools into one spreadsheet.

Illustrative example

If onboarding a client takes your admin team four hours, and three of those are copying details between systems, automating the copying returns most of that time. Your numbers will differ — the Assessment measures them, for your practice, before anything is built.

How we’d start

The Assessment: about a week, one fixed fee credited toward implementation, and a clear plan — or your fee back. How it works →

Does this work with our practice software?

Usually, yes. Most Australian practice suites expose the connections we need, and where one doesn’t, we work through email and documents — the two channels every practice already runs on. The Assessment confirms exactly what your stack supports before anything is built.

What about client confidentiality and the TASA obligations?

Your data stays in your systems and, by default, in Australian-region infrastructure. Nothing is used to train models, and every automated draft is approved by your people before it goes anywhere.

We are flat out — how much of our time does this take?

The Assessment is two calls and a little email across a week. Implementation is ours to do; your team reviews and approves rather than builds.

Can we start small?

That is the recommended way. One workflow — usually onboarding or the document chase — built, run and proven before anything else is touched.

Start with the workflow that hurts most.
