Client Onboarding Autopilot
A new-client form submission becomes a CRM record, a drafted engagement letter, and a live task checklist — automatically.
This is a real system we built to show the approach. It is a demonstration of capability, not a client project.
The Problem
Onboarding a new client means the same details get typed into several systems, the engagement letter waits on someone with time to draft it, and the first week is a scramble to set everything up. None of it is hard — it just gets done by hand, over and over.
Re-keying the same details into three systems — the name, entity and contact details get entered into the CRM, the letter, and the task tool by hand.
The engagement-letter bottleneck — the letter waits until someone has time to open the template and fill it in.
The first-week task scramble — someone tries to remember every setup step for the matter or file, from memory.
How it runs
New-client form
A prospective client fills in a short intake form with their details and the type of engagement.
What's real
- The workflow runs end-to-end on our own systems.
- The letter drafting uses a live AI model.
- The checklist is generated from the engagement type.
What's illustrative
- Client names and data in the screenshots are synthetic.
- Any volumes shown are examples, not client results.
