Who we are

A consulting partner for the way your business actually runs.

Orryx works at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations — helping Australian businesses unlock measurable value through intelligent systems, without the hype.

Our mission

Help businesses operate better by fixing how work moves through them — process and workflow design first, systems and automation where they pay for themselves.

Every organisation — from a growing business to an established one — deserves access to the operational intelligence that the most efficient companies rely on.

Orryx exists to bridge the gap between where your operations are today and where they need to be tomorrow.

01

Identify

Find where the time actually goes — and which of it is a process problem rather than a technology one.

02

Architect

Design the fix in order: process, then integration, then automation, then AI if it earns its place.

03

Deliver

Deploy production-grade solutions with measurable, commercial outcomes.

What we believe

The principles that guide every engagement and every solution we deliver.

Outcome-first

Every engagement is measured by the business value it delivers, not the technology it deploys.

Measurable value

We quantify impact before, during, and after — so the value is never theoretical.

Future-state thinking

We architect for where your business is going, not where it has been.

Human-centred

Technology should amplify your people, not replace them. We design systems that elevate human expertise.

How we deliver

A clear, outcome-focused method — measured at every step, with humans in control and no surprises.

What we do

We combine deep technical expertise with consulting rigour to deliver transformation that lasts.

Workflow redesign

Mapping how work actually moves through a business, and redesigning the flow before any tool is chosen.

AI systems

Practical LLM integrations — classification, drafting, extraction — applied only where they earn their place.

Workflow automation

Connecting the tools you already use so information moves without re-keying.

Agents with oversight

AI agents that do multi-step work — always with an approval step your team controls.

Modernisation

Retiring manual processes gradually and safely, without a rip-and-replace project.

Industries & expertise

We deliver intelligent automation across sectors where operational complexity demands precision.

Accounting & bookkeeping

Client onboarding, document chase at BAS and EOFY, and reporting assembled by hand.

Legal practices

Intake, document-heavy matters, and the follow-up that keeps files moving.

Agencies & consultancies

Proposals, onboarding, and the admin between billable work.

Property & strata

Enquiry triage, maintenance chasing, and owner reporting.

Early-stage, by design.

Orryx is a new advisory, and we would rather tell you that than decorate this page with borrowed logos. What we show instead is working systems: every example on this site is a real automation we built and can demonstrate live — presented as a capability demo, never dressed up as a client outcome.

We run our own business on the same automations we recommend. The follow-ups, the intake, the reporting — dogfooded first, offered second. When something isn’t worth automating, we say so; the fastest way to lose your trust would be to sell you a system you didn’t need.

You’ll always deal with a senior person — the people who scope the work are the people who build it. You meet your delivery lead by name on the first call.

A short conversation is the fastest way to find out. We'll talk through how your business runs today and where automation would genuinely help — in plain English, no obligation.
