Cookie Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: 30 July 2026

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how you use it, and improve your overall experience.

Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by third-party services that appear on the page (third-party cookies).

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies — Required for the website to function properly, such as secure form submission. They cannot be disabled.

Cloudflare Turnstile — Our anti-spam service sets technical cookies to distinguish people from bots when you use our forms.

We do not use analytics, functional-preference, or marketing cookies on this site, and we do not use a third-party analytics service such as Google Analytics.

We do measure our own page views, but without cookies — see “Storage We Use That Is Not Cookies” below. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, this policy is updated in the same change that adds them.

How We Use Cookies

To ensure the website operates correctly and securely.

To protect our forms from automated spam.

Storage We Use That Is Not Cookies

Browsers offer storage other than cookies, and we use two kinds. Strictly speaking these are not cookies, but you deserve to be told about them in the same place.

Local storage — if you arrive from a campaign link, we keep its parameters (such as a Google Ads click identifier or utm tags) in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, so that an enquiry you send later can be credited to the campaign that brought you here. It is submitted with a form if you send one.

Session storage — a short-lived identifier that groups the pages you view in a single visit, so we can tell one visit of five pages from five separate visits. It is discarded when you close the tab.

Neither is shared with a third party, and neither is used for advertising. You can clear both at any time through your browser’s site-data or “clear browsing data” controls, which is the same place cookies are cleared.

Third-Party Cookies

The only third-party service that sets cookies on this site is Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-spam), which operates under its own privacy policy.

We do not allow third-party cookies to collect sensitive personal information through our website.

Managing Your Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though blocking essential cookies may stop our forms working.

Cookie Retention

Session cookies are temporary and deleted when you close your browser.

Turnstile cookie retention is governed by Cloudflare; we set no long-lived cookies of our own.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
