Most engagements begin with The Assessment — a roughly one-week, plain-English review that maps where AI and automation are worth it, the top quick wins, a first-automation recommendation, and a costed roadmap. It is one fixed fee, credited toward implementation if you proceed.

Mostly Australian professional-services businesses — accounting and bookkeeping, legal practices, agencies and consultancies, property and strata — and growing businesses whose work runs on admin and disconnected tools.

No. Everything is explained in plain English, and your team approves each step before it goes live. If you can describe how work moves through your office, that is all the technical background we need from you.

Because we are early-stage by design, and we would rather show you working systems than borrowed credibility. Every example on this site is a real system we built and can demonstrate live — presented as a capability demo, never dressed up as a client outcome.

For most businesses: two calls and a little email. A kickoff call to understand how work flows today, and a live readout at the end of the week. We do the mapping, scoring and roadmap work in between.

Less than you might expect. We work from walkthroughs of how work actually happens, read-only looks at the tools you already use, and whatever you are comfortable sharing. NDAs are welcome, and we never need administrative control of your systems to run an Assessment.

Even better. We look at where it is genuinely earning its place, where a plain workflow automation would beat a chatbot, and where the gaps are. The Assessment is about the workflow, not the tool — existing AI use just gives us more to work with.

You own the roadmap — you can implement it with us, with your own people, or with anyone else. If you do proceed with us, the Assessment fee is credited in full toward the implementation.

Because a new advisory has to earn trust rather than assume it. If the readout does not give you a clear, actionable plan, you get your fee back — that keeps the risk of trying us on our side of the table, where it belongs.

Your data stays yours. We default to Australian-region infrastructure, we do not use your data to train models, and anything an automation drafts is reviewed and approved by your people before it leaves the building. Governance is part of the build, not an afterthought.
